A1 Air Testing provided the full energy assessment package for this new pair of detached houses in Peterborough. Initially, the OCDEA (On Construction Domestic Energy Assessment) was carried out which comprises the full SAP Calculations & EPCs.

Then after the build, we carried out the Air Tightness test & Extractors Flow Rate ventilation testing.
